The Role
The Clinical Manager oversees the delivery of high-quality clinical care in a community setting, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. They provide leadership, manage resources effectively, and support the professional development of staff while fostering collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee care service planning, implementation and evaluation.
2. Supervise team recruitment, training and performance evaluations.
3. Monitor and ensure care quality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
4. Develop marketing strategies and maintain stakeholder relationships.
5. Assist in developing strategies and adapting services based on healthcare trends.
6. Increase referrals through effective outreach and stakeholder engagement.
7. Ensure adherence to regulations concerning Home Care Packages and NDIS.
8. Implement policies and processes designed to enhance Clinical Governance and optimise operational efficiency in line with the strengthened Quality Standards.
9. Clinical incident and feedback management.
What You Will Need
1. Registered healthcare professional (e.g., RN, allied health) with relevant qualifications.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrated experience in clinical management, preferably in a community setting.
4. Marketing or business development experience is highly desirable.
5. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
