Responsibilities
* Responsibility for the successful execution of all tasks within the Lithography workgroup – including commissioning, ongoing maintenance, sustainable repairs, and improvement of production equipment in the fields of lithography, coating, and related tools.
* Leadership, management, and coaching of team members to achieve operational goals, ensure the required quality, and build a qualified and proactive team.
* Effective communication internally, externally, and with other relevant departments and stakeholders (e.g., Process, Engineering, Line Control, Facility, Equipment Suppliers, etc.).
* Optimization of personnel, equipment, and process resources to achieve optimal productivity (increasing machine availability, OEE, cost reduction, planning, and implementation of improvement projects).
* Strategic planning of required tool capacities and capabilities to achieve optimal productivity and quality.
* Responsibility for the management of production equipment (selection, commissioning, design, compliance with safety standards, creation of maintenance plans and equipment controls, adherence to 5S guidelines).
* Recording and reporting of performance and costs aligned with production goals, including the definition and implementation of improvement projects.
Minimum Requirements
* Completed technical education – either HTL/technical college or vocational training, including several years of relevant technical experience.
* Leadership experience is desirable.
* Leadership competence with the ability to act as a role model and delegate effectively.
* Experience in mechatronics, electronics, and network technology.
* Ability to perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
* Willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills.
* Sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and make decisions.
* A team player who communicates proactively within the professional environment.
* Fluent German and English skills.
