As an ICT Business Analyst Manager at Odoo, you will lead a team of Business Analysts to translate customer requirements into tailored Odoo solutions. You will play a critical role in aligning business processes with our software's capabilities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless software implementations.

Our Australian team is growing, and we’re looking for an ICT Business Analyst Manager to lead business analysis initiatives, ensuring our solutions align with client needs and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a department of Business Analysts, overseeing requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
* Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying business needs and ensuring Odoo’s ERP system effectively meets their requirements.
* Define, document, and communicate business and functional requirements for implementations.
* Work closely with developers, consultants, and project managers to customize and optimize Odoo applications for business use.
* Develop and maintain business process models, user stories, and system workflows to support project execution.
* Conduct gap analysis to assess system capabilities and recommend enhancements.
* Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and successful ERP implementations.
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and system demonstrations.
* Ensure compliance with data security, system integration, and reporting standards.
* Stay updated on ERP trends, automation, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:
* 5+ years of experience in ICT business analysis, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, with experience in Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics being highly regarded.
* Hands-on experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
* Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Visio, BPMN, or similar tools.
* Understanding of API integrations, database structures, and cloud-based ERP solutions is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
