Support in various HR-related projects and activities, from recruiting, Compensation & benefits topics, HR planning, reorganizations to people development;Data collection, analyses and evaluations, creating presentations, reports, guidelines, summaries or similar for specific HR topics;Communication and coordination between different HR colleagues or managers to share or gather information;Support with administrative and organizational activities, such as the preparation and follow-up of project team meetings as well as communication templates.Minimum RequirementsMatura and/or studies in fields of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar;Good communication skills;Good command of English, written and spoken, German is an additional plus;Result-oriented and proactive attitude, hands-on mentality and ability to handle multiple projects at a time;Proficiency with MS Office applications, advanced Excel knowledge is a strong plus.
