Key Tasks
* Technical sales support with international customer contact in Air Traffic Management
* Processing tenders and creating technical solution specifications, customer value descriptions, calculations, etc.
* Evaluating customer needs, requirements and designing the solution concepts
* Ensure technical feasibility and cost transparency at commercially competitive conditions
* Customer workshops, meetings and presentations are held by you on-site at the customer's premises or at our HQ in Vienna - Customer-specific product presentations, demos and advising our customers
* Actively participating in the creation of successful sales/capture strategies
* One of your success factors is the internal networking with our colleagues on all levels, e.g. Sales, Offer Management, Product Departments, etc.
Key Qualifications
* Completed higher technical education with focus on information technology/network technology/telecommunications or relevant professional experience
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role e.g. presales, technical sales or solution consulting; previous hands-on engineering experience is an advantage
* Previously acquired know-how in IT solutions, container and virtualisation technologies preferred
* Experience with Voice communication technology/End-to-end IP and VoIP Solutions, e.g. common telecommunication protocols PSTN, MPLS, LAN and common IT equipment like servers, switches and storage
* You are comfortable working in a diverse and multicultural setting, where different cultures and perspectives are valued
* Possessing proficient knowledge of English (primary language used within the department); other languages would be advantageous in promoting effective collaboration
* We are looking for a team-oriented person with strong interpersonal skills, who enjoys establishing connections with internal and external stakeholders

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 42,588 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
