Are you a passionate automotive enthusiast with a talent for building and managing communities? We’re looking for a Channel Manager to engage and support a global network of Automotive Clubs through bespoke marketing, website communication, newsletters, and exclusive events.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for fostering meaningful connections, curating engaging content, and ensuring that members stay informed and excited. While this isn’t a social media role, experience in community engagement across digital channels (including social), and IRL, is highly valuable.
Requirements
* Manage and engage a global network (250,000+ members) of Automotive Club communities through dedicated platforms (website, newsletters, events).
* Develop and execute content strategies to keep members informed and engaged.
* Act as the key point of contact for Automotive Club presidents, and our client, ensuring seamless communication.
* Have a strong eye for visual and written content.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide exclusive content, updates, and event information.
* Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to improve community interaction.
* Stay up to date with automotive-related news, events, and Club activities.
* Native English speaker with excellent communication and writing skills.
* A genuine passion for automotive culture and luxury brand communities.
* Experience in community management, digital engagement, or content curation.
* Strong understanding of digital communication channels beyond traditional social media.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
* Experience with CRM tools, newsletters, and community platforms is a plus.
