Job Description:
1. Ensuring efficient office management (coordinating appointments, travel management, business correspondence, general administrative support of the management in daily business operations of the region)
2. Preparation of reports, presentations and various documents in German and English
3. Main point of communication for internal and external contact persons, both nationally and internationally
4. Preparation and follow-up of meetings with business partners and stakeholders
5. Taking minutes & preparing detailed summaries for regional meetings
6. Organization and coordination of internal and external meetings, events, and management projects
7. Coordination & optimization of (Region wide / strategic) projects
Qualifications:
1. Completed higher education (e.g. Business administration, technical, law, communication and marketing)
2. Relevant professional experience as an assistant, preferably to an executive
3. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
4. High level of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
5. Independent and precise way of working including good communication skills
6. High degree of discretion, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
7. Willingness to work on business trips throughout the CEE region (approx. 20%)
