From creating gourmet menus to ensuring seamless service, you'll be an essential part of the team that makes these events truly unforgettable.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Chinese cuisine section in our production kitchen. With your leadership skills, you'll be able to manage inventory and purchasing of Indian cuisine ingredients, equipment, and supplies.
✓ Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency
✓ Manage stock and ordering supplies, including authentic Indian ingredients, ensuring that all products are fresh and of the highest quality
✓ Continually review and improve processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality of output
✓ Ensuring the timely delivery of food, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency
✓ Managing and training a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff
✓ Travel to international events (Formula 1, UEFA Champions League Final, ATP Madrid, etc.)
Experience in managing a team of kitchen staff
✓ Excellent communication in English - Chinese is a plus
