Job Description:
* Supporting and advising university members in legal matters
* Processing internal and external enquiries on various legal topics, including civil law, study law, organisational law, and criminal law
* Accompanying official procedures, especially in study law, and preparing official decisions
* Drafting and reviewing contracts
* Assistance with organisational law issues
* Completion of administrative tasks relating to the area of work
* Collaboration on statements on legislative changes
* Organising internal training courses and further training as well as continuous personal development
Your profile:
* Completed diploma or master's degree in law
* Ideally initial professional experience (e.g. court practice, administrative internship) and knowledge of university structures
* Very good communication skills in German, both written and oral, as well as a very good command of English
* High personal integrity and discretion
* Ability to communicate and work in a team
* Willingness to learn and quick comprehension
Salary Information:
For this position in job group IVa, a minimum gross salary of € 3.266 per month (14 times) is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
