Overview of Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be a member of BOA’s Global Commercial Team (workwear and tactical segment). In this role, you will focus on evolving the professional business by understanding tender and tender-like business and further establish BOA in relevant tender specifications in South-West Europe. You will build up in-depth market expertise as well as function as primary point of contact for key Brand Partners in this region/segments.
Core Responsibilities
1. Build the business in the workwear and tactical segment to meet 2YR and 5YR revenue plans and align model adoption and line plan commitment to the strategy.
2. Support planning processes with regular updates, and work with Commercial Manager to create strategic plans.
3. Collaborate with Brand Partners to meet BOA’s Commercial and Brand Guidelines focusing on positioning, representation and messaging.
4. Work with BOA’s regional trade marketing teams on product launches and trade shows.
5. Acquire market expertise, understand tender and tender-like business and establish BOA in relevant tender specifications in South-West Europe.
6. Build a strong network of key stakeholders within the industry.
7. Lead the sell-in process through creation and delivery of professional presentations.
8. Complete required reporting and present business updates to internal audiences.
9. Perform administrative tasks such as managing our CRM platform (we use xRM).
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
2. 5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience, in a similar environment.
3. Fluent in English & Italian (written & spoken).
4. Exposure to and experience working with key stakeholders of purchasing departments, product development teams or retail.
5. Competence to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people.
6. Comfort and experience providing presentations.
7. Capability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
8. Ability and willingness to work independently with strong connectivity to the commercial team.
9. MS Office skills.
Desired Qualifications
1. Authentic interest and passion in assigned segments (workwear & tactical).
2. French language skills.
3. Retail buying/managing experience in assigned segments.

Legal Statement
For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement, which is from 2229.- EUR gross per month. However, our attractive salary packages are based on current market salaries and are therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary, depending on your experience and skills.
