As a Chef Entremetier, you’ll be part of a close-knit kitchen brigade in an environment that balances professionalism with a family-like feel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare high-quality dishes across various F&B outlets, infusing creativity and consistency in each dish.
* Oversee and manage your own station alongside a Demi Chef de Partie, ensuring efficient workflow.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated work areas, upholding strict hygiene standards.
* Monitor ingredient quality, organize stock, and ensure quality control of goods.
* Assist in the ongoing training and development of junior team members.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Chef Entremetier or similar role within a high-quality establishment.
* Completed culinary training with a passion for using regional, high-quality ingredients.
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive within a dynamic team.
* Friendly, organized, and dedicated to culinary excellence.
* Proficiency in German is preferred.

Working days: 6 days per week, 48 hours work
Days off: 1 per week
