We're seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist for our R&D Talent Team, especially for our Market-oriented/Leadership Team. You'll lead and drive our end-to-end sourcing strategies, partnering with our leaders to source and attract the best talent to Dynatrace.
Your role in the team:
1. Be the market expert: You will develop and drive the strategic search for market-relevant and leadership roles at Dynatrace.
2. Attract: You'll push the status quo and concentrate on finding innovative ways to attract talent.
3. Partner: To address strategic long-term needs, foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership.
4. Evangelize: Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador and work closely with our Employer Branding team.
Qualifications
5. 6+ years of working experience in the recruitment industry, across several technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market.
6. Experience in sourcing leadership profiles.
7. Good understanding of the SaaS market and the ability to work strategically on business needs.
8. Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
9. Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation.
10. Ability to listen, ask relevant questions and understand the goals of the business.

21. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €45.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
