Your role and responsibilities
As a Legal Counsel, you will:
Independently draft, negotiate, and review contracts in coordination with the respective business units (sales and purchasing).
Prepare and actively participate in internal risk reviews regarding contractual aspects.
Update and adapt legal templates and processes such as general terms and conditions, framework agreements, and third-party management to current legal developments and internal Group requirements.
Provide comprehensive advice and implement internal Group requirements/guidelines in the area of integrity.
Carry out integrity investigations.
Qualifications for the role
Successful degree in law, business law, or a comparable course of study.
3-5 years of professional experience in a company with a comparable international structure or a commercial law firm.
Specific knowledge of IT, software, and copyright law is an advantage.
Strong team and communication skills, with a commitment to service and solution orientation.
Strong understanding of economic interrelationships and technical issues, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.

In compliance with legal regulations, the minimum salary is 4,215.39 € gross/month, with a willingness to overpay based on qualifications and experience.
