HR Controller, B&R Automation

Your role and responsibilities
As a Senior Specialist in HR Planning and Controlling, you will support managers in their day-to-day business with regard to planning and personnel budgets and promote the automation of HR key figures with the help of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI). Temporary employment / Full-time or part-time from 28h/week. (4 day week). Your responsibilities:
1. You will carry out operational quantitative and qualitative personnel planning (rolling forecast, budget preparation, personnel expense planning).
2. You will prepare standard evaluations and short-term ad-hoc analyses, develop the basis for decision-making at management level and derive recommendations for action.
3. You will independently drive forward specialist projects and take on (partial) project management if necessary.
4. You will analyze key figures and visualize them in the form of HR reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
5. You will work on the development and automation of HR reports (system-supported or in Excel) and contribute your ideas for the creation of reports and dashboards.
6. You are the technical contact person for planning and controlling processes.
7. You create evaluations on various HR topics and gradually expand your knowledge in this area.
Qualifications for the role
* Completed education in business administration, business informatics, human resources management or Matura with a reference to business administration.
* Relevant professional experience desirable.
* High IT affinity and a good understanding of numbers.
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
* Your experience with SAP & reporting knowledge with Microsoft Power BI an advantage.
* Detail orientation, analytical ability and logical thinking skills.
* Open and communicative personality.
* Independent and structured way of working as well as quick comprehension skills.
