Job Description
With regards to our latest projects we are looking for a skilled and dedicated senior development engineer, experienced in motorsport or high performance automotive applications. Selection of associated activities include:
Leading role in entire vehicle and other development projects
Involvement in the entire development process from concept to final vehicle build
Vehicle and assembly concept development according to technical regulations
High amount of CAD Design Activity (packaging, component design, optimization)
Coordination of optimization of new and existing developments by use of simulation tools (FEA, CFD,…)
Improvement of existing and development of new layout and optimization routines/tools
Performance optimization of subsystems and entire vehicle prototypes
Profile
Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or similar qualification
Relevant Experience in Motorsport development or high performance automotive development
Innovative and creative mind
Excellent CAD knowledge (Catia V5-6 preferred)
Further CAE experience preferred (FEA, CFD, Matlab, MBS,…)
Knowledge and understanding of motorsport and/or road car regulations (FIA ; ECE R-100)
“In-Field” experience e.g. as race or test engineer beneficial
Perfect English skills (verbal & read/write)
Above average commitment, as usual in competitive high performance development & motorsport
Excellent communication, teamwork and social skills
Target oriented approach & ability to work independently
Terms of Employment
Long-term full time employment based in Austria, Vienna
Initial temporary “Fly-in” option (Company owned modern Apartments available at head office location) possible
