(Junior) Product Manager/Requirements Engineer (m/f/x)

Are you ready?
Responsibilities:
* You take over product ownership and manage the relevant development backlogs.
* You expand and manage the product roadmap in accordance with the product and company goals.
* Together with project managers and customers, you will define and document product scope and functionalities.
* Your tasks also include the collection and identification of needs and product gaps as well as the management of requirements during the entire product development process.
Are you the ONE?
* Completed business/technical training with an IT focus (e.g. software development/engineering, business informatics).
* +3 years of product management know-how in the software environment (+1 year for junior) or experience in the audit and certification area (e.g. auditor, employee of a certification body).
* Certification as Product Owner or IREB CPRE Foundation Level desirable.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
* Team player with very good communication skills.
* Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach.
* Stress-resistant and motivated to take initiative.
