And what does your heart beat for?Your new adventureIn this position, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing our assembly processes and, in particular, evaluating their timing. You will ensure safe and efficient assembly processes for motors and gearboxes in series production support. You will also be an important link between product development and series production as part of the product development process, enabling perfect industrialization of our products within the specified time, cost, and quality.Responsibilities:Design and optimization of assembly concepts for the series production of engines and components.Creation of work instructions and work plans including master data maintenance in SAP as well as workplace design (ergonomics, set-up, routes).Carrying out assembly process analyses (MTM) and moderating FMEA analyses for the continuous improvement of assembly processes.Responsibility for time management in the area of responsibility.Coordination of projects in the assembly environment including documentation.Your experience and skills:Completed technical apprenticeship or HTL with several years of professional experience in work planning, production planning, work preparation, or time management.Alternatively, recently completed studies (FH, university) in production and management or industrial engineering with a specialization in time management.Knowledge of MTM, REFA, and FMEA or a comparable method for work design is an advantage.Technical understanding of assembly steps and work processes as well as basic understanding of the design of engines and transmissions desirable.Enthusiasm for planning and optimizing workflows and processes.Ideally initial experience in project management and moderation.We offer:You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities.
