Responsibilities:
* You develop the architecture of our Linux-based system for HMI products.
* You take the lead in the division and development of software components.
* You are responsible for the division of tasks between Linz, Novi Sad, and the assignment to external suppliers.
* Together with the team, you are responsible for the development, porting, and debugging of Linux device drivers, kernels, and bootloaders.
* You plan the customization of Board Support Packages (BSP) for our hardware to provide additional functions.
* You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Debian-based systems for a wide range of customized hardware.
* You are responsible for the development and maintenance of the CI infrastructure for the assigned software components.
You offer:
* You have completed a technical education (HTL, university, university of applied sciences), ideally with a specialization in software development.
* You have very good knowledge of programming with C and C++.
* Your plus: Experience in Linux development with a preference for embedded platforms.
* You have an understanding of U-Boot, barebox, kernel, drivers, and device trees.
* You like to work independently and you are a team player.
* Collaboration with many different experts, economic thinking, and decisiveness are just as important to you as they are to us.

Salary:
For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum gross salary for young professionals on a full-time basis is EUR 4.050,-- / month. The actual salary depends on professional experience and qualifications.
