We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) who is eager to contribute to our growth.
Depending on your previous experience, your career roadmap will include the following stages:
Junior SDR (18 months) > SDR > Key Account Executive > Manager

Your qualifications
Hands-on: You are solution-oriented and love finding opportunities to automate processes.
Previous roles: Trainee in Sales areas. Sales development representative.
Experience: One year or more. We are looking for someone ready to grow with us.
Language skills: German language (C1) is required. You should also be proficient in English (C1). French is a big plus.
Communication: You communicate transparently and empathetically.
Structure: Self-organization and professional growth is the core of your work ethic.
Technical understanding: You like tech environments. Experience with HubSpot would be a plus.
Education: You have successfully completed a vocational training or a bachelor degree.
Your tasks
Daily work: Provide administrative support, learn how to qualify leads, and assist Vince with documentation.
Outbound: Engage in calling and emailing.
Inbound: Handle pre-qualification by phone and coordinate meetings.
Social selling: Prospect and manage sequences on LinkedIn.
Customer contact: Start building and maintaining relationships through calls and written communication.
Process building: Support Vince in developing new processes and ideas.
