As Event Marketing Manager, you enjoy working in a highly motivated and passionate team responsible for the success of our global events program. You strive for innovative ideas in the area of impactful Event Marketing. Exceeding expectations of event attendees and customers is your main driver for constant improvements. Your positive mindset helps you master challenges and complex projects.
Your key responsibilities:
* Lead the events program end-to-end, from researching new opportunities to planning and execution as well as post-event feedback, results, and ROI.
* Manage internal stakeholders and external suppliers to steer the events organization.
* Handle systematic processes and tools to support the administration of event management.
* Apply measurement and analytics to deliver events against expected results and key performance indicators.
* Provide creative, impactful ideas and innovative perspectives.
You bring:
* Exceptional organization and operational skills.
* Deep understanding of event marketing and validated events experience in a B2B environment.
* Excellent written and spoken communication ability in German and English.
* Passion to work in a team and independently.
* Ability to manage time and priorities.
* Reliable personality with a hands-on mentality.
* Minimum 1 – 2 years of event marketing experience in a B2B and international context.
* MS Office Proficiency (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).
