As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will play a key role in steering the company's financial strategy and conducting tailored analyses. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Financial Process Analysis: In-depth examination of existing financial processes, identification of efficiency potentials, and implementation of optimization measures.
2. Profitability Enhancement: Conducting comprehensive analyses to identify opportunities for profitability improvement and developing corresponding strategic recommendations.
3. Due Diligence Audits: Responsible for conducting due diligence audits, including detailed assessments, risk analyses, and integration recommendations.
4. Calculations and Validations: Performing precise financial calculations and validations, including the creation of business cases and value creation programs to establish well-founded decision-making bases.
5. Process Improvements: Initiating and implementing process improvements in the financial domain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. System Implementations: Leading projects for the implementation of new financial systems to ensure that the infrastructure aligns with business requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
1. University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration
2. Relevant professional experience from the audit from a Big4 company
3. Extensive professional financial experience with strong analytical skills
4. Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels, functions, and regions
5. Solid IT-Skills (Oracle desirable) and strong Excel-Skills, PowerBi as a Nice-To-Have
6. Fluent English skills
