The role designed for you:
Reporting to the Sales Manager South Germany & Austria, you will join the growing Sales Team of the German Branch – Special Paper Business Unit - and you will be focused on maximizing sales results, further developing our market share, and providing superior customer service in the Austrian market.
Your Responsibilities:
You will manage your customer portfolio, ensuring sales targets achievement and increasing margin contribution through volumes, price, and product mix management.
You will act as the partner of choice with customers, supporting them to identify solutions to their needs through our paper.
You will be in charge of developing new business opportunities.
You will build long-term broad relationships with your customers, boosting customer centricity.
You will ensure full and effective deployment of our commercial strategy, tailoring it to the local market.
You will attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new trends.
The Attitudes and Skills We’re Looking For:
You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Sales Management, or similar fields.
You have 5 years’ experience in Commercial roles, preferably in B2B sectors.
Previous experience in the Paper Industry or Packaging/Printing sector is a strong plus.
You have a demonstrated track record of working in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc.).
You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop different insights on the market/business.
You have a commercial attitude and strong customer orientation.
You are a high-energy person, with a teamworking approach and excellent communication and people skills.
You are able to work and deliver results in a complex environment, with tolerance for a certain degree of ambiguity.
You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
Based in: East Austria, ideally Salzburg area.
