Oddin.gg, a global leader in B2B esports betting solutions, is seeking an ambitious Head of Sales to lead and develop its sales team. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a strong background in SaaS and managerial experience, ready to drive revenue growth and strategic expansion in the esports betting industry.
What you’ll do:
* Manage and develop sales team (currently up to 10 colleagues)
* Develop, introduce and execute sales framework including leads generation, sales narrative, pipeline management, cross-selling and upselling, budgeting and sales remuneration
* Be the loud voice of our partners in discussions with internal stakeholdersDrive revenue by meeting or exceeding revenue targets
* Work with various partners within betting industry to build Oddin’s position as esports thought leaders
* Oversee contract negotiations and accelerate customer adoption
* Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
* Discuss improvements of existing offering and solutions as well as new initiatives to meet existing and future partners’ demands
* Understand our position and role within the ecosystem to look for synergies beyond pure business
Qualification / Requirements
* Experience with leading a sales team (at least 3 years) with proven track of success
* Direct sales field experience in SaaS business working with top enterprise accounts
* Passionate self-starter, taking responsibility for progress and the tough choices it may require, constantly challenging the internal and external status quo
* Effective communicator focused on building long-term network by establishing a positive and ongoing rapport with internal and external stakeholders
* Valuable and trusted partner with own opinion, yet strong listener
* Proficiency in English to communicate internally on a regular basis
* Betting expertise, preferably with sportsbooks is a big plus
* Extensive network of contacts, mainly with sportsbooks’ decision makers is a huge plus
