YOUR NEW TASKS:
You take on leadership responsibility for the e-commerce team consisting of 7 team members and focus on their further development, performance, and excellent cross-functional collaboration.
You drive digital transformation by leading cross-functional initiatives with the aim of increasing the presence of the CCH brands in eRetail and accelerating the growth of the online business across all channels.
You promote joint business planning with key customers to promote the online business.
You create performance analyses, follow current e-commerce trends to identify new growth opportunities, and create a holistic short- and long-term strategic plan to exploit the full potential of the e-business channel.
You are responsible for planning and managing the marketing budget and ensuring that it is in line with the system goals.
You work closely with The Coca-Cola Company on the market plan and actively participate in management meetings as well as negotiations with priority customers.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
You have a degree in marketing, e-commerce, sales, or similar and gained at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the FMCG industry in the field of E-Commerce and/or customer management. Additionally, you have first leadership experience.
You impress with your excellent communication skills, both in German and English.
You have strong negotiation skills and are an experienced and resilient stakeholder manager across different hierarchy levels and departments.
You excel with your strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
You are used to working in an international environment and complex matrix structures.
You are characterized by your innovation-driven and customer-oriented mindset as well as your strong organizational talent.
Salary:
If you meet the above requirements, you can expect an attractive and market-based minimum salary of EUR 78,400 gross/year excluding bonus (based on an all-in full-time position / 38.5 hours per week). We will clarify the final salary in a personal interview.
