Avantor's Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a customer focused Talent Acquisition Partner with strong direct sourcing experience. The successful candidate will work in partnership with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams, and leads a full-cycle recruitment process in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to our organization. In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor Europe East and focus predominantly on hiring in the DACH Region. This hybrid role will preferably be based in Vienna-Office / Germany-Remote and requires visitng our site in Schwabmünchen, Germany (20% time). What we're looking for: Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting and/or behavioral based interviewing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, DDI etc.) preferred. Experience: Intermediate experience in-house recruiter and/or recruitment agency experience is required. Experience working within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team preferred. Experience in recruiting positions within manufacturing or distribution area would be an asset. Collaboration Tool: Microsoft 365, Workday, or another large scale ATS preferred. How you will thrive and create an impact Launch and lead the recruitment process for open headcount by interfacing with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify employment needs, conduct intake sessions and develop a recruitment strategy. Reduce time to fill by developing recruitment strategies to include attracting and nurturing prospects via direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, pipelining and referral methodologies. Pre-screen qualified candidates, and facilitating feedback discussions across interview panels. Provide compensation recommendations to the hiring team and extend negotiated offers to finalist candidates. Primarily supporting the recruitment for junior-level individual contributor roles. Candidate Relationship Management: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. Candidate Sourcing & Prospecting: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates. Collaborate with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies. Applicant Pipeline Management - Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements. Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM). Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs. Job Postings: Lead the refinement and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and platforms. Monitor and update job postings to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Business Relationship Management: Recruitment Strategy: Lead recruitment process life-cycle, including intake, sourcing and marketing, resume submittals, interviews, calibrations and offer processes. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand near-term staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Create and implement sourcing and recruitment marketing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates.
