The Financial Analyst – Spare Parts will be responsible for analytics around the key service product line – spare parts. This role includes performing a review of key financial metrics on a monthly basis prior to submission to the head of service finance team, and providing technical guidance and support to operational teams to ensure the overall spare parts process is effective, efficient, and compliant with INNIO policies and procedures.
This role is based in Jenbach, Tyrol, Austria.

Your Responsibilities:
* Perform planning for spare parts at engine serial number level using operating hours (OpH) and events forecast by collaborating with the regional teams.
* Run pacing with the regional teams, share actuals, discuss, and explain regional dynamics, risks, and opportunities to the head of service finance team, VP Group & Jenbach Controlling, and Services Leader.
* Participate in monthly financial closing by booking the required manual journal entries, analyze sales and margin by region, sub-regions, country, and explain the main drivers for deviations vs budget, vs forecast, and vs prior year.
* Prepare key financial metrics related to spare parts on a monthly basis and report to the head of service finance team, VP Group & Jenbach Controlling, and Services Leader.
* Review and track execution and results of the Value Creation Programs (VCPs), validating savings related to the spare parts product line.
* Support operational teams with projects to simplify and automate business processes: volume discounts, deposits, etc.
* Collaborate with external and internal auditors, walking auditors through the process maps and demonstrating controls in place.
* Prepare account reconciliations for deferred revenue and deferred cost accounts.
* Liaise and collaborate with operations and other finance teams to solve complex accounting/service finance issues and implement sustainable working solutions.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration.
* Extensive professional financial experience.
* Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change.
* Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions, and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information.
* Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications, strong Excel skills.
* A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application).
