In this success-critical position, you will play a pivotal role in the transformation process of our procurement team. With your knowledge and passion for Supplier Key Account Management you will be a valuable asset for our Procurement Team.
Your Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners, serving as their primary point of contact
* Own and manage the full Supplier Life Cycle, - Performance, - Quality, and - Relationship Management.
* Develop and implement strategic procurement plans and conduct regular business reviews with suppliers
* Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
* Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the procurement team
* Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
* Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders and act upon joint agreements
* Provide exceptional supplier service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from suppliers, contributing to the development of new products/services
* Act as an interface between suppliers and other departments
Your Qualifications:
* Technical and/or business education (HTL/Uni/FH)
* At least 10 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a high-tech environment
* At least 10 years of Supplier Quality, Performance and Relationship Management
* In-depth knowledge of strategic procurement and key account management
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, empathetic and sensitive facilitation
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 5 days per month
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
