Holding function at a global segment leader in ViennaAs a Senior Member of a truly global team, you will be responsible for the transfer pricing matters of the group with focus on compliance and process automation, contributing actively to the success of a segment leading company. You ensure that transfer pricing compliance reports are completed timely. You prepare the master file and local files and ensure compliance with all local country rules and submission deadlines as well as that all country by county notifications are filed timely. Furthermore, you ensure benchmarking studies which are prepared by external advisors for related party transactions are obtained, reviewed and managed as needed for transfer pricing reports and/or local file. You assist in providing information to foreign tax advisors preparing foreign transfer pricing reports, support international tax audits as requested and give support and advise the different internal stakeholders on the implementation of intercompany transactions according to the applicable rules. You review actual and forecasted cost allocation and ensure compliant with tax laws. You also annually review the Benefit Test analysis and the Global Transfer Pricing Policy. The coordination and drafting of new intercompany agreements and the implementation of future transfer pricing reporting requirements are also relevant tasks of this position. Furthermore, you identify and implement process improvements in the transfer pricing area, including improvements of existing transfer pricing reporting tool and the transfer pricing intercompany transaction matrix tool. Plus, you identify and implement additional automation projects. Team Player with business mindset and willing to work independently University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Law preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing with focus on Transfer Pricing Compliance. Solid knowledge of international tax concepts. Experience in working with Transfer Pricing Compliance tools and with Hyperion are assets. Team player with business mindset and very good self-leading and coordination skills to work independently on different projects. English business fluent (C-Level); additional languages, especially Spanish and German, are assets. Willingness to travel (2-4 trips per year, also internationally).
