Job Description
As a Software Product Manager at Doka, you will lead the full product lifecycle—from defining the product vision to market delivery—ensuring alignment with customer and business needs. You are responsible for shaping and executing a clear strategy that includes customer feedback, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration across teams like marketing, sales, and support to drive impactful results.
You are responsible for defining the product vision, product strategy and translating it into clear, achievable and measurable roadmaps. Product Managers accompany the product throughout all product lifecycle stages, iteratively integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving outcome and prioritization as well as pre/post-launch execution with collaborating teams like product marketing, sales, customer support etc. This means the Software Product Manager drives the product’s success from conception to launch and beyond. This position integrates all aspects of bringing a software product to customers including the guidance of technical developments within an agile software organization.

Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
* Product Vision and Strategy
o Develop a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with Doka’s business objectives, specifically for the Doka 360 platform.
* Product Planning
o You lead the product planning activities for your squad, including budgeting, forecasting, defining objectives and key results (OKRs), and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with the overall portfolio strategy.
* Product Execution & Delivery
o You own the overall product conception process with design and tech leads and you are responsible that the development team understands the requirements to find the best technical solution to deliver customer problems
o Guide the entire product development process in close collaboration with design and tech leads, ensuring the team understands customer requirements and delivers optimal solutions.
o Use data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market analysis to refine features and make informed decisions.
o Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover opportunities and anticipate future trends. Growth: Identify strategic organic and inorganic growth areas and develop product investment proposals (business cases).
o Focus on early adoption, user engagement, and continuous improvement to enhance the product experience.
Minimum Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in product management or product design, particularly in developing and scaling SaaS products.
* Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
* Proven experience with end-to-end product responsibility, including roadmap planning, OKR setting, and data-driven analysis.

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 46.290 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
