Projects location: Dresden area, Eastern Germany
Your Role:
* Manage construction activities of high-tech industrial projects
* Ensure quality, procedures, and workflows on the construction site
* Coordinate construction activities and subcontractors
* Review and oversee construction progress
* Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
* Review and approve on-site measurements
* Participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings
* Engage in site inspections and acceptance inspections
* Record and track defects
Requirements
* Relevant education in construction
* Professional experience in construction supervision of investment projects
* Good knowledge of building codes, laws, local regulations and standards
* Good MS Office skills
* Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site for extended periods of time
* Independent and service-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills
* Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2), both written and spoken

Requirements
Completed technical studies as an engineer or comparable training > 5 years of professional experience with clean room technology systems and TGA planning in the field of semiconductor projects Knowledge in project management (small to large projects) Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken Very good knowledge in HVAC systems with focus on clean room technology Structured way of working, creativity as well as ability to work in a team Mobility and willingness to work on site for specific projects Flexibility and willingness to travel
