With deep understanding and appreciation of industry trends, our Brand Manager will engage directly with brand principals and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend strategies and/or services that will achieve the agreed objectives.
To succeed in this position, candidates should be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between brand and services. The ideal candidate will be able to organize, passionate about client relations, and focus on enhancing the brand experience of customers.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive sales and profitability on Lazada, Shopee & Tiktok, along with other local eCommerce marketplaces
* Work closely with Head of Commercial, Country Manager and other departments to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and revenue
* Monitor and analyse eCommerce market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
* Lead the commercial team in the execution of eCommerce initiatives and ensure goals are met
* Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data to Head of Commercial and Brands.
* Monitor and improve the profitability performance of respective brands and areas
* Continuously improve eCommerce processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Cross-Function Collaboration with other teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Studios and Operations to ensure a seamless consumer experience.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
* At least 5-7 years of experience as a Brand Manager having worked in eCommerce platforms or brands in the Beauty, FMCG or Consumer Healthcare space. You have also developed at least 3 years of leadership management experience
* Solid experience account management focusing on strategic initiatives, operations and end to end execution.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* A thorough grasp of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis.
* Commercial insight, particularly in the Beauty, FMCG or Consumer Healthcare sectors, with a track record in brand management.
* Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
* Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
* Any additional ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned periodically.
